BTC Communications (hereinafter, “Company”) values its customers’ personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act. This Privacy Policy informs the customers of the method and purpose of using personal information provided by the customers and the measures taken by the Company. The Company will inform any amendment to this Privacy Policy through the notice on its website (or individual notice).

Article 1. Personal Information to be Collected
The Company collects the following personal information for counseling and application for service, etc.:
(1) Items to be collected: name, contact information, e-mail
(2) Method of collection of personal information: through the Company’s website (upon inquiry via email for recruitment)

Article 2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Company uses the collected personal information to give responses to the recruitment and miscellaneous inquiries.

Article 3. Period of Retention and Use of Personal Information
The Company will immediately destroy personal information if the purpose of collection and use of such personal information has been fulfilled.

Article 4. Rights and Obligations of Users and their Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Such Rights
(1) A user may exercise his/her rights against the Company with respect to the protection of personal information including access to and correction and deletion of personal information.
(2) The rights under Paragraph (1) may be exercised against the Company by phone, fax and email and the Company will promptly take measures in this regard.
(3) If a user requests for correction and deletion of his/her personal information, the Company will not use the relevant personal information until such correction and deletion is completed.
(4) A user shall not infringe upon his/her own or others’ personal information and privacy which are being processed by the Company in violation of applicable laws such as the Act on the Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Personal Information Protection Act.
(5) For a child under the age of 14, the legal representative or power of attorney may exercise the rights under Paragraph (1) on his/her behalf. In this case, the legal representative will be entitled to exercise all his/her rights.
